About the FOR DIABETICS Program
The For Diabetics program is a specially designed nutrition plan for individuals with diabetes, prediabetes, or impaired glucose tolerance. Its main objectives are blood glucose stabilization, reduction of glycemic fluctuations, and support of optimal body weight—without the need for strict dietary restrictions.
The program is also suitable alongside pharmacological treatment for diabetes or obesity (after consultation with a physician) and is designed as a long-term sustainable, biologically and energetically balanced diet.
Menus are created by a professional nutrition team based on recommendations from expert medical and nutritional societies and are regularly updated in two-month cycles.
Ingredients
In the For Diabetics program, we place strong emphasis on food quality, proper food combinations, and even distribution of meals throughout the day.
You can look forward to:
- lean meats, fish, and high-quality dairy products
- plant-based and animal proteins
- predominantly whole-grain side dishes
- plenty of vegetables and regular inclusion of fresh and frozen fruit
- meat-free days
The meals contain no added sugars (such as beet sugar, honey, etc.). Naturally occurring sugars are included only from natural sources, such as fruit.
The program can be ordered only as a full-day menu. Available variants provide 150 g, 200 g, 250 g, or 300 g of carbohydrates per day.
Nutrition Facts
The foundation of successful diabetic nutrition is regularity, high-quality carbohydrates, and their proper distribution throughout the day. All meals, including snacks, are nutritionally balanced and complete.
Carbohydrates are distributed according to the one-third principle throughout the day, which—together with sufficient fiber intake and a balanced macronutrient ratio—helps stabilize blood glucose levels.
Generally recommended macronutrient ratio in the program:
- 40–50% carbohydrates (predominantly complex),
- 25–30% fats,
- 20–25% proteins.
The For Diabetics program is not a short-term diet, but a fully balanced nutritional regimen that can be safely followed long term.
