We deliver food 5 times a week.

For the following day, it´s always fresh!

Deliveries take place from 6 to 23 o´clock

The customer support operator will inform you of the time period, when your food deliver round is to take place. In some cities, it is also possible to arrange personal collection.

Can I choose a specific delivery time window?

Unfortunately, no. We try to keep the delivery price stable, as to not to unnecessarily increase price of our service, and at the same time, we want to be environmentally friendly and optimize the number of kilometers traveled.

What if I'm not home?

If you are not at home and it is convenient for you, we can deliver the food in the so-called "handle" delivery. However, the client needs to be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or destruction of the shipment when using this method of delivery.

Is it possible to cancel the delivery?

Yes, if you let us know 3 working days in advance, we will not deliver the pre-paid boxes to you on the given dates and we will deliver them in alternative dates, as per your wishes.

Can I pick the food myself?

Yes, we have collection points available in some cities. You can find a list of them below.

Do you also service people in home quarantine due to COVID-19?

Yes, but with increased security measures. The quarantined client must inform the customer service about the required quarantine to prevent possible transmission of the infection. Delivery workers are equipped with masks, disinfectants and the hand over is performed without any personal contact, ie. handle delivery. Payment in cash or with meal vouchers is not possible. Delivery exceptions may apply to areas which are under government regulations or closed.
