The Meat-Free program is designed for vegetarians and all others who want to lighten their diet by removing meat. A balanced, tailor-made diet contains enough of all necessary nutrients and is therefore also suitable for long-term eating.

About the MEAT-FREE program

The Meat-Free program will please all those who avoid not only meat in their diet, but also meat broths, lard or gelatin. Why choose this program?

  • It is suitable for everyonewho want to eat healthy, balanced and avoid meat-based ingredients.
  • The Meat-Free program was created under supervision of the nutritionistto ensure that the menu will include enough necessary nutrients.
  • You don't have to worry about protein deficiency, which is a struggle for many meat-free fans.
  • The menu includes a variety of tasty meals, which are not only soy based.

 


Suroviny Ingrediences

Cereals, legumes, vegetables, fruits, mushrooms, nuts, as well as  eggs and dairy  are richly represented in the menu.

Less frequently used ingredients, such as  tempeh, tofu, seitan, robi and many others will be part of the menu as well.

In addition to traditional side dishes, you will definitely fall in love spelled, kamut, oats or quinoa. The program can also include free additions of fish.

The program can be ordered in any combination of courses. Exceptions can be applied to the Meat-Free program.

The basis of every diet is variety and sufficient nutrients. A meat-free diet has its risks, if it is not prepared properly, one can hurt itself, so you need to think more about the nutrient balance.

What is important to realize?

  • Meat is an important source of protein and therefore it needs to be replaced when meat is eliminated. Sufficient protein and nutrient intake must be provided from alternative sources.
  • Alternative sources of protein when eliminating meat from the diet include pulses, cereals and products thereof.
  • Meat can be replaced by soy, tempehem (made by the fermentation of soybeans), seitan, šmakoun or robi meat of vegetable proteins.
  • All these foods can be prepared in the kitchen in the same way as meat, which allows for variability and a wide range of recipes.
  • We need to ensure a sufficient intake of minerals, as ironcalcium, and vitamins, especially vitamin B12 and D through our diet.
