Information related to the processing of the client's personal data is also an integral part of the contract concluded with the client.

• Filling out the pre-contractual form on the website www.zdravestravovani.cz, by which you inform us that you are interested in the production and purchase of products from our company.
• Purchase contract.
• The provision of personal data is your obligation, which results from the above-mentioned pre-contractual negotiations or contracts, without this provision you unfortunately cannot be our client.
• Consent if you are not or do not intend to become our client, but are interested in being in contact with us and receiving our newsletter.

The purpose of processing your personal data will be

• Production and transfer of ownership from the company Zdravé onstenning s.r.o. to the product selected by you according to the purchase contract that we conclude together.
• Marketing purposes.

Personal data will be processed for the period of validity of the above-mentioned contract or consent, and after its expiration, they will be handled in accordance with applicable legislation, in particular Act No. 499/2004 Coll. (Act on Archiving and File Service and on the Amendment of Certain Acts) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/ 46/EC (GDPR Regulation).

The processing of your personal data (e-mail addresses) for the purposes of direct marketing (when sending commercial communications and our newsletter) is processing carried out for reasons of legitimate interest according to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) GDPR Regulation, we therefore do not need your special consent for this if you are our client. If you are not our client, you give us your consent by filling out the contact form on our website.

You have the right to object to this method of processing, and if you object, your personal data may no longer be processed for this purpose. As our client, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

• The right to access personal data, which means that as our client you have the right to obtain information from us about whether we process your personal data and, if so, what data it is and how it is processed. Of course, you also have the right for us to correct inaccurate personal data concerning you at your request without undue delay. You have the right to complete incomplete personal data at any time.

• In other words, the right to erasure of personal data represents our expressed obligation to dispose of your personal data that we process, however, you can only ask us to do this if certain conditions are met, or if our obligation to keep your data does not result from the law.

• You also have the right for us to restrict the processing of your personal data in certain cases. You have the right to object at any time to processing that is based on our legitimate interests or on the legitimate interests of a third party or is necessary to fulfill a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority.

• The right to data portability gives you the opportunity to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a common and machine-readable format. You can then transfer this data to another administrator or, if technically possible, request that the administrators transfer it to each other.

The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time applies only if we process your personal data based on your consent. If they are processed for the purpose of fulfilling a contract concluded with you, the right to withdraw consent does not apply.
