I was quite skeptical about meal box diets and didn’t really believe that food prepared and vacuum-packed like this could taste good—but I was incredibly surprised. The food is excellent, and the team accommodates almost everything (if you don’t eat fish or have a specific issue with certain ingredients, you just need to call them and they’ll replace it).

I discovered Zdravé stravování on Instagram and was intrigued by the wide range of foods. I chose the Fit+ program and was looking forward to the first food delivery. I was a little worried about freshness because the food was always delivered to me one day before. However, all my fears disappeared with the first taste of the food, and I was thrilled at how good boxed food can taste. I really liked this “food in a box” and looked forward to a new delivery every day. My aim was to gain muscle mass, and I managed to gain it within a month with regular exercise and Zdravé stravování. For me personally, it was an excellent experience that gave me a diet regime that is essential for a healthy body.

I tried the box diet for a month and was pleasantly surprised. Not only did I lose about 5 kilos, but I tried many foods that I thought I wouldn’t like at all, but the opposite was true. I ate five times a day and the portions were so big that I sometimes had a problem eating everything. For me, it was a big plus that I didn’t feel like eating anything else and wasn’t even hungry between individual meals. I recommend the boxes to everyone who wants to lose a few kilos, learn how to eat regularly, but also what and how to prepare.

The meal boxes from Zdravé stravování really pleasantly surprised me. In terms of taste, I find them genuinely very good. I’m on the Protein Plus program, and it suits me the best. Thanks to the higher protein intake, I feel better overall, and it’s especially noticeable in sports — I have more energy, better recovery, and overall improved performance.
