    The food from Zdravé stravování was the third attempt for me from companies that supply a complete daily meal plan. I have to say that it wasn’t until the third time that we chose what suited both myself and my wife. A great and varied offer of vegan meals, which were very tasty. Not salty enough for me, but I add a lot of salt. You can always add salt :) In the autumn, we ate like this for three months until the Christmas excess :). In the spring, we started again for another three months. I had breakfast, a snack, lunch, another snack, and dinner, and I have to say that I didn’t need any other food. Since we chose the vegan version, I also lost about 7 kilos in that quarter of a year. I can recommend the food from Zdravé strávování and after the hectic festival season I will return to it again in the autumn.

    At the beginning of October I decided to start running to look better and be happy with myself by summer. But 80% of this is food, so boxes were the obvious choice. I chose the Protein Extra programme, which contains less carbs. The meals are varied and I don’t feel hungry after eating them. And the result after 3 weeks with Zdravé stravování? “You’re kind of skinny.” That was a compliment from a friend and the number on the scale shows 3 kg less. And for me, that’s motivation to keep going.

    The food from Zdravé stravování saves me so much precious time, and I especially like the possibility to combine different programs. I specifically use the Rodina + program and alternate it with meals without meat. Thanks to this, I (and not only myself) have a varied diet for the whole day from breakfast to dinner. It’s a great option for everyone who doesn’t have time to spare or doesn’t want to cook every day. What’s more, it tastes great :-)!

    Celkově jsem se službou Zdravého stravování velmi spokojená. Jídla jsou chutná, dobře dochucená a je vidět, že si dávají záležet na kvalitě. Velikost porcí mi naprosto vyhovuje – člověk se nají, ale zároveň to není zbytečně těžké.

    Velmi pozitivně hodnotím také doručení. Kurýr byl vždy spolehlivý a domluva probíhala bez problémů, což je pro mě velké plus.

    Co se týče samotného jídla, chuťově je to opravdu pecka. Přesto mi občas chybí větší podíl čerstvé zeleniny, ať už jako příloha, nebo jen tak k tomu. Klidně bych ocenila variaci na Caesar salát nebo jen misku plnou zeleniny. Například jejich salát s trhaným hovězím naprosto miluju, ale osobně mi v něm nesedí syrová cuketa – mnohem víc by mi vyhovovala třeba okurka. Do budoucna bych také ocenila lehčí varianty večeří, jako jsou saláty, pečivo nebo různé pomazánky. A občas bych si ráda dopřála i nějakou sladkou variantu jako zpestření jídelníčku. Celkově ale hodnotím službu velmi pozitivně a ráda ji doporučím dál.
