What led you to try the boxes from Zdravé stravování?

I wanted to improve my eating habits, find out that I can eat regularly even if I have a busy day, and I also wanted to adjust my body composition and lose some weight.

Which was your program and what was the calorific value?

I changed my programs 2. Fit+ and Protein, my calorific value ranged from 7000 KJ through 7500 KJ to 8000 KJ. Fit+ 7500KJ was the most pleasant value for me, during which I also felt the best.

Where the portions large enough? Were you not hungry, or did you have a problem eating it all?

As I did not eat regularly before receiving the boxes and above all ate very little, it was difficult for me to eat a 7000 KJ portion at the beginning, but over time I started to get used to the portions and increase my intake values. I never felt hungry, and I added vegetables to the boxes.

Have you ever used the services of a nutrition specialist?

Yes, Katka Šimková (Drlíková) and I discussed the programs, my eating habits, and regularly performed measurements on In-body.

What was your objective when you started the box diet? To lose weight, gain weight?

Primarily to lose weight, but when using the box diet I understood that the most important thing is the composition of my body and not the weight.

Did it meet your expectations?

Yes, it did, it improved my eating habits, and I am very happy for that.

Did you continue with a similar meal plan composition at the weekends?

I tried to, but the food was not as varied as during the week. I didn’t monitor my calorie intake and ate according to my feelings, and sometimes I even indulged in my favorite sweets, which I left out during the week.

Was it tasty for you?

Most of the time I liked it very much, but sometimes there were foods that I hadn’t eaten since I was a child. But I always told myself that everything should be given a chance, and I ate some foods with the box diet for the first time ever.

Did you discover any new ingredients and flavor combinations?

Definitely yes, I started to really like ingredients that I used to keep at a distance, and the combination of eggplant dip, chickpeas, and pita bread became my favorite.

Did you like any food that you didn’t know before?

There were a lot of them, I knew the meals, but I had never made them myself and I was glad that I had the opportunity to taste them and like them (see the eggplant-pita-chickpea combination).

What can you take from the box diet into your everyday life?

Eating regularly was my biggest stumbling block, which I managed to overcome successfully. I see that my body is grateful for regular food intake and in return it functions as it should.

How do you feel now, after three months?

With the box diet, my skin and blood count improved significantly, and they helped me with my sick thyroid gland, which I have had a problem with for nine years. I had reduced function and my body slowed down, I had slow digestion and not many foods made me feel good. The box diet changed all that, my metabolism started to go in the right direction, and I feel much better now.
