When my daily schedule became so time-consuming that I had trouble finding time to cook food, which is very important to me as a professional athlete, I started looking for alternatives to my daily box diet.

Food is very important to me because it is the driving force for my daily activities, which include hard training, but also work, hobbies, and a good mood that helps me overcome everyday obstacles. I knew that I didn’t want to indulge myself in restaurants with food that was usually not entirely designed to my taste and give my body everything it needs.
Thanks to my friend Zuzana Hejnová and her cooperation with Zdravé stravování, I came across this box diet. She read all about their cooking philosophy and meal plan creation by nutritionists and chefs who love their job. After careful consideration, I decided on these boxes, which really save me time and especially after a hard training or a whole day, I am guaranteed the best nutrients that I need to handle everything.
A real advantage for me is the time saved by the boxes for other things, and most importantly, I can eat them anywhere during the day. I just pack them in my bag the day before and I’m ready for the day. After careful consideration and according to the advice of nutritionists, I chose a program that suits my training load, regeneration and, most importantly, I give my body only the best healthy fuel.
I am always surprised by the combinations of dishes that arrive at my house. Several times I also wrote down the composition and recipe of the food I received. They really are combinations that I wouldn’t have thought of, and the taste is excellent. The meals are nicely seasoned so that everyone can add salt if necessary, but for me it is absolutely ideal. I am also excited about the choice of food itself. Thanks to the boxes, I also tried types of foods that I’ve never had before.
My expectations were definitely met. The great thing about it is that I can order from a single meal to an all-day meal plan. Since my schedule is constantly changing, I sometimes have to change the boxes as well. If I change it three days in advance, there is no problem.
